Q: What is your return policy?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes that have been opened or used. If you received damaged products please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll be happy to provide a replacement or refund.
Q: How long does mink lashes last?
A: With proper care, our premium mink lashes can be worn up to 25+ times. The exact lifespan depends on how frequently you wear them. Always remove them gently and store them in the original case between uses.
Q: Are your mink lashes cruelty-free?
A: Yes, all our mink lashes are 100% cruelty-free. We use only ethically sourced materials, and no animals are harmed in the making of our products. Our lashes are made from naturally shed mink fur that is collected, sterilized, and handcrafted into our luxury lashes.
Q: How do i apply your lashes?
A: 1. Measure the lash against your eye and trim if necessary
2. Apply a thin line of our lash liner adhesive and/or. store bought lash glue to the band and wait 30 seconds until tacky
3. Place the lash as close to your natural lash line as possible
4. Gently press the lash band to secure it
5. Once dry, you can apply mascara to blend your natural lashes with the falsies
Q: How do I clean and store my lashes?
A: After each use, gently remove any glue residue from the lash band using tweezers. You can clean them by placing them on a cotton pad and applying a small amount of makeup remover or rubbing alcohol. Gently wipe away any makeup or residue. Allow them to air dry completely before placing them back in their original case for storage.
